A fintech was reaching the right people and hearing nothing back.
The challenge
A fintech platform was reaching qualified, senior profiles and hearing nothing back. People simply weren't responding to the hiring manager's LinkedIn messages, and the pipeline was drying up before it had a chance to start.
What we found
The list was fine. The message was the problem.
Senior people are approached constantly, and a generic note asking whether they are open to opportunities reads as one more piece of noise. Nothing in the outreach answered the only question that matters to someone who is not looking: why this company, why now, why them.
What we did
We rebuilt the outreach from scratch. Real copywriting, written per person rather than templated, positioned around the company's mission and stage, the things a senior candidate actually weighs before answering a stranger.
Every message made a specific case for why that person in particular was worth approaching. The goal was never more volume. It was fewer messages, each one worth answering.
The result
Response climbed from 20% to 47%, more than doubling, and the pipeline filled with higher-quality, passive candidates who had ignored the first approach entirely.
